Returns
You can return any unused and undamaged items within 10 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition and packaging. Please note that personalized or custom items are non-refundable.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it and place a new order.
Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is damaged or defective.
